Holding Space for You

There is always a safe place within us. During this workshop you’ll learn to connect with that place. The workshop starts with a dynamic Kundalini Yoga set. Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of awareness. It helps you to connect to your breath and make the mind more receptive. From the stillness within us, from our hearts, we will chant mantra's and free our voices.

By being more present with everything we are doing and experiencing within us we’ll learn to deepen our awareness.
