Een expert op het gebied van yoga voor vrouwen. Haar werk is geïnspireerd door haar leraar Francoice Freedman, oprichter van Birthlight. Het werk van Esther kenmerkt zich door een vorm van yoga die meer specifiek gericht is op het verbeteren van het welzijn van vrouwen in alle levensfasen.

Yoga kwam ongeveer 20 jaar geleden op mijn pad en heeft me sindsdien niet meer losgelaten. Ik ben gefascineerd door de vrouwelijke oerkracht, de bron van oneindige levensenergie, die zich in ons bekkengebied bevindt. De afgelopen 15 jaar heb ik trainingen gevolgd op het gebied van yoga, adem, lichaamsgerichte psychotherapie, mystieke dans, biodanza, meditatie, tantra, bio-energetica en vrij bewegen. Al deze bewegingen zijn een enorme inspiratiebron voor mijn eigen yogabeoefening en de cursussen die ik geef. In mijn yogalessen verwee ik al deze elementen met de focus op verbinding met onze oerkracht, onze levensenergie. Dit is het fundament van waaruit de schepping ontstaat. Het is de oerbron waaruit onze mooie vrouwelijke energie vrij kan stromen. Wanneer we het bekkengebied weten te verbinden met ons hart en hoofd, geeft dit een gevoel van thuiskomen in onszelf. Vanuit dit ankerpunt leer je je steeds beter te voelen over wat je nodig hebt, op je intuïtie te vertrouwen en op volle kracht in het leven te staan.

Leraar voor meer dan 10 jaar, en heeft een specialiteit in het werken met vrouwen en stellen. Opgeleid als healing tao docent, en organisator van het tantra festival amsterdam en tantrische dans, kenmerkt haar werk haar gevoel voor humor, diepgang en liefdevolle aarding. Ook heeft ze een diepe liefde voor priestereswerk en baarmoedertempels.

Elfriede van der Sanden

Opgegroeid in de Osho Commune en ontving zijn naam Swami Deva Rakesh in 1981 door Osho. Sindsdien heeft hij deze naam behouden, ook nadat hij de commune had verlaten. Hij reisde door India en vele malen in de Himalaya op zijn reis naar zelfrealisatie. Hij heeft veel ervaring met Osho-meditaties, Vipassana, Kriya Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Boeddhistische Tantra en Neo Tantra.

Na het assisteren van verschillende gerenommeerde tantra docenten, startte hij in 2007 zijn eigen centrum genaamd Art of Loving. Tijdens een tantra retreat ontwikkelde hij een nieuwe tantra oefening genaamd Tantric Dance. Dit wordt sinds 2007 gedeeld door getrainde docenten door heel de wereld.
Jarenlang was hij gastheer van mannengroepen, gemengde tantra retraites en sinds 2017 host hij samen met zijn geliefde Elfriede het Tantra Festival Amsterdam.

Terence plays all kinds of small percussion and instruments such as Daf, Pandero, Congas, Tabla, Bansuri, Hang. He is known for his warm and intuitive play. As a former member of the well-known didgeridoo band '3ple-D' he toured the world. Currently you can enjoy his percussion talent at many events.

Arjan started with piano playing at the age of 14. First as a hobby combined with experimenting on synthesizers. Later Arjan studied Jazz at the conservatorium in Alkmaar. He played in restaurants, has piano students and played in bands. Together with his brother he has his own platform where you can stream all the music they created together.(mainly electronic and piano music) Sitting at the piano and improvise is one of his passions. Arjan recently became Tantric Dance teacher, another great passion of him!

Piano improvisations

Just sit at the piano and start to listen to music that wants to come trough. Arjan sees this as the feminine aspect. Than this "inner music" has to be translated to the piano with the help of his extended music training. He calls this the masculine aspect. The beauty of this is that they are both needed, one aspect can not do this by itself. So we get music that is always new and fresh. Enjoy!

Started dancing in 1998. First breakdance, then funk styles and eventually ballet and contemporary dance. In 2015 he fell in love with Ecstatic Dance. It showed him how he really wanted to move and to be truly free.

Leading Ecstatic Dance ceremonies and now since 2020 he is very active as an Ecstatic Dance DJ. It has become a true passion to either play the music, hold the space and facilitate, or dance during Ecstatic Dances.

He likes to take people on a journey with music, make them fly and help them ground, invite to play and encourage to feel. Sometime it will be tender, sometimes it will be wild. All the while I will make sure to tune into the dancers and stay in the moment, to allow what wants to unfold to fully take place.

Music and intuitive body movement are gateways for healing. DJ Bravon intuitively selects music that facilitates journeys into the unknown. He plays a wide range of music from every corner of the world, ecstatic melodies balanced by sensual grooves.

Having seen and traveled the world Avi Adir has been inspired by its vibration. Loosened from identification to any nation or country, his music arises from the core, an ancient Sufi spiritual blend into a divine connection with a deep emotional expression. His forte is to create a genuine experience sharing a fusion of composition and improvisation at the same time.

Offering energetic/shiatsu massages. As a traveling (physio/massage) therapist I love to work with people to optimize their health. My background and experience as physiotherapist gives me a strong and solid foundation to do this. I work with holistic approaches where physical, emotional, mental & spiritual aspects of health are combined. Two years ago I decided to quit a not fulfilling life, feeling stucked in regular systems that didn't resonate with me anymore. I bought an oldtimer Campervan and started living as a nomad, traveling trough Europe. Since then I have been giving my massage/healing sessions on the road, at different beautiful places. During this path I still discover new ways of healing myself, others and the planet we live on. I'm here to share this experiences and be in service for a healthier world.
